It’s the season.
Happy Thanksgiving and good luck on Black Friday. Also, don’t forget to shop local on Saturdays. Something three days in a row.
The Christmas season is about to get carried away. And here’s a chance for the family to get in the mood for the season one week from Saturday.
On Saturday, December 4 from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., the Eliot Fire Department will present its Drive-Thru Breakfast with Santa event.
This will take place at the Eliot fire station. Enter Eliot town hall and follow the signs.
Santa and his fire elves will be on the sidewalk handing out egg and cheese sandwiches for breakfast next Saturday morning. Donations are welcome and will be given to a local charity to be determined.
So get the family together and get into the festive mood with the event behind the wheel.
Sitting on Santa’s lap, it’s so yesterday. Like it’s 2010 or something. This is the way to do it now. Stay in the car and continue.
Ho ho ho.
